signs of summer

i can feel summer in the air....it was wet today but it was also warmer.  the farmers market opens soon,  april fools day and JACKS at the boat landing opens in appox three weeks...
  this is a painting just off of washington park...

 this was a painting i was working on in bath n c with my friend bob carr on one of out plein air outings last year.
i am so ready to get back out there as soon as this weather breaks...
